Privacy Policy
What this website does with information — described as it actually works today.
This policy describes how this website handles information. It reflects what the website actually does at present, and will be updated whenever its functionality changes.
Information this website collects
This is a static information website. It does not ask visitors to create an account, and it does not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. No cookies are set by this website, and no enquiry form is presently active, so nothing is collected from visitors through these pages.
Website hosting
Like any website, pages are served by a hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (for example, the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time of the request) for security and operational purposes. Nandam OEN Foundation does not use those logs to build visitor profiles.
Information sent to the Foundation directly
If you write to the Foundation, or submit a request for assistance through a channel the Foundation confirms, the information you provide is used to review and respond to your enquiry or request. Information relating to beneficiaries — including any medical, educational or financial particulars — is treated as confidential and is used only for assessing and administering assistance. Banking and payment records relating to assistance are never published.
Photographs
Photographs of identifiable individuals are published on this website only where the person, or a parent or legal guardian in the case of a child, has consented to publication. Consent to take a photograph is not treated as consent to publish it. A person’s name, address, financial circumstances or medical details are not published unless specifically authorised and genuinely necessary.
If you would like a photograph or reference to you or your child removed from this website, please write to the Foundation at its registered office and it will be reviewed.
Sharing
The Foundation does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with educational institutions, hospitals, government authorities or other responsible organisations where that is necessary to verify or provide assistance, and where the beneficiary has been informed.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be revised whenever the website’s functionality changes — in particular before any form, payment channel or third-party service is enabled.
Contact
Questions about this policy may be addressed to the Foundation’s registered office, shown on the Contact page.
